2. Payment Policy
Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, bank wire transfer, Zelle and Cash App.
Deposits: A deposit may be required for custom cake orders, and the remaining balance is due 1 week before hand-off.
Refunds: Once an order is confirmed, refunds may not be provided. However, store credit may be issued for future purchases in some cases.
3. Delivery & Pickup Policy
Delivery Area: We currently deliver within the Las Vegas valley only. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery Times: Delivery times will be confirmed upon placing your order. We are committed to on-time delivery but may occasionally encounter delays.
Pickup: We operate a licensed home-based operation. Orders can be picked up from our residence with the address and instructions provided after order confirmation.
4. Cancellation Policy
Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the delivery or pickup time. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for orders canceled before the 48-hour cutoff. Custom cakes may be non-refundable depending on the customization level.
5. Return & Replacement Policy
Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our cakes, returns are not accepted. However, if there is an issue with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Replacements: If there is a mistake with your order or if the cake is damaged during delivery, we will replace or refund the item based on the situation.

Data Collection: We collect customer information (such as name, address, and contact information) only to process orders.
Data Use: Information will be used solely for order processing, updates, and promotions (with customer consent).
